Cruise West Cancellation and Refund Policy
The following policies shall apply to any and all Cruise West cancellations.
You must submit your cancellation in writing to your travel agent and we will
then notify Cruise West. Depending upon when the cruise is canceled, a cancellation charge may apply.
We highly recommend Travel Insurance to protect yourself from penalties assessed
for canceling due to medical reasons for yourself or family members.

No refunds will be made on unused tours, transfers or accommodations when
voluntarily canceled or omitted by the guest, or for missed package features due
to airline or other third party-transportation provider's delays or for other
acts beyond our control. Claims and adjustments for services not operated
as intended by Cruise West must be applied for in writing within sixty (60) days
of the end of your cruise with Cruise West and will be refunded through your
original booking travel agency. All airline tickets issued by Cruise West
are only refundable to Cruise West.
All documents must be returned to Cruise West before a refund can be
processed. Pre-booked shore excursions are non-refundable. Absolutely NO
Exceptions will be made on cancellation charges. We highly recommend the purchase of Travel
Protection Insurance.
