		Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) Cruise Lines International Association is the worlds largest cruise association and is dedicated to the promotion and growth of the cruise industry. CLIA is composed of 24 of the major cruise lines serving North America.
		CLIA ACC & MCC Certified Agency WMPH Vacations is ACC & MCC Certified by the Cruise Lines International Association. We have completed a rigorous curriculum of cruise sales training and have personally sailed, or inspected, a wide variety of cruise ships. CLIA recommends working with a CLIA Certified Cruise Counselor.
		Better Business Bureau & BBBOnline Reliability WMPH Vacations is a member of the Better Business Bureau, and meets all BBB membership standards. We also comply with BBBonLine standards including the Code of Online Business Practices.

The curriculum includes dozens of courses that cover a wide range of topics.
		Cunard Commodore Certified Agency The Cunard Academy is an advanced training program that focuses on the White Star Service and ships of the Cunard fleet. The curriculum includes dozens of courses that cover a wide range of topics.
		Celebrity Cruise Line Special Agent Certified WMPH Vacation has completed both phases of Celebrity Special Agent sales program. The academy offers an all-encompassing training package that includes tools, resources, educational opportunities, which earned us 10 CLIA credits per session.
		Royal Caribbean University of WOW WMPH Vacations has achieved Expert Level Status in Royal Caribbean's University of WOW interactive training program.
		NCL Specialists Plus Graduates WMPH Vacations has completed NCL's Specialist Plus Program, a six-week educational training program that offers expanded knowledge of the features and benefits of NCL's unique Freestyle Cruising.
		CruiseWest Certified Small Ship Specialist Partner All WMPH Vacations agents are CruiseWest Certified small-ship cruising specialists. We have an excellent working knowledge of the small-ship experience and its unique advantages, and we're especially qualified to recommend the right small ship vacation for you.
		Regent Cruise Line Luxury Cruise Specialist WMPH Vacations has completed the Regent Cruise Luxury Cruise Specialist program. This comprehensive training program addresses the luxury travel market in general and the 6-star ships of Regent Cruises in particular.

CSS agents have undergone extensive training through Sandals education program and have acquired up to 12 hours of product knowledge through a special Ultra Sandals Training Workshop.
		Globus & Cosmos Travel University WMPH Vacations has completed the Globus Family of Brands Travel University and is an expert aon the variety of different destinations, travel styles, and included features offered by Globus, Brennan, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon Waterways.
		International Association of Travel Agents (IATA) IATA is an international trade body representing some 250 airlines comprising 94% of the international scheduled air traffic. The organization also represents, leads and serves the airline industry in general.
		IATAN IATAN is non-profit organization that appoints travel agencies and travel agents on behalf of its customer airlines. As a member, we are accredited as a bona fide seller of travel.
