Cancellation Updates:

NEW [Temporary] Policy: Within 30 days and up until your embarkation date, you may still receive a Future Cruise Credit if you, or someone in your immediate travel party, tests positive for COVID-19.
Sailing Window: Sailings through September 30, 2022
Product Eligibility: New & existing reservations made prior to May 31, 2022

If a cancellation occurs, the following cancellation fees will be assessed:

Cruises of 25 days or less

Days Prior to Departure Cancellation Charge Per Guest
120 - 91 Days 15% of full fare
90 - 46 Days 50% of full fare
45 - 31 Days 75% of full fare
30 - 0 Days No refund

Cruises of 26 days or more

Days Prior to Departure Cancellation Charge Per Guest
150 - 121 Days 15% of full fare
120 - 91 Days 50% of full fare
90 - 76 Days 75% of full fare
75 - 0 Days No refund

* Cancellation Policy Exception: If you have purchased a specially priced promotion that is 100% non-refundable from the point of payment, you are not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation or credit whatsoever of your gross fare if you cancel your booking.

The above cancellation fees apply when either the entire booking, or any portion of a booking is cancelled or transferred to an alternative sailing, and shall apply to all travel including cruise, airfare, and land arrangements. If only non-cruise components are cancelled, the guest will be responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by the airlines, other transportation carriers, tour and ground operators or hotel properties.

If you have purchased a specially priced promotion that is 100% non-refundable from the point of payment, you are not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation or credit whatsoever of your gross fare if you cancel your booking.
