American Cruise Lines Cancellation and Refund Policy

Recent updates have been made to cancellation schedules and refund guidelines for various cruise lines. American Cruise Lines 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation Policy
American Cruise Lines allows passengers to cancel within 24 hours of initial payment for a 100% full refund with no administrative penalty. Written cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of booking.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via American Cruise Lines' online Cancellation Form or by emailing Reservations@AmericanCruiseLines.com. The official cancellation date is defined as the business day on which written notice is received. All standard package cancellations incur a non-refundable 250 USD cancellation administrative charge per person, which can be applied as a courtesy discount toward a new cruise package booked within one year of cancellation.

Voluntary termination of a cruise package in progress results in 100% forfeiture of total funds paid with no refund. Travel protection plan premiums are non-refundable once purchased.
